On ward 2 mainly the following neurological disorders are diagnosed and treated : inflammatory CNS diseases ( e.g. multiple sclerosis, meningitis, borreliosis ), movement disorders ( e.g. Parkinsons disease ), epilepsy, stroke, peripheral neuropathy and dementia.
The treatment includes pharmacotherapy as well as intensive physiotherapy and ergotherapy.
