We have chosen a model that predicts scrap production based on statistical analysis of machine- and ambient data (rpm, temperature, pressure, etc.).
The model developed and implemented by us was able to reduce scrap production by approximately 85% (> €100.000,-/month) and is in use ever since.

Wir haben uns für ein Modell entschieden, welches auf statistischen Analysen der Maschinen- und Umgebungsdaten (Temperatur, Druck, Drehzahl, etc.) basiert.
