In 1976 Eberharter senior - the ‚Zapfen-Tonal’ – handed over management of the regional produce business and the hotel to his son Fritz.
The ‘Zapfen-Tonal’ was granted the privilege of being able to see how his work was carried on in this way for a further 13 years.
