Getreide stammt botanisch gesehen von den Gräsern ab, ist mehrjährig und treibt nach jedem Schnitt wieder neu aus, die Wurzeln bleiben als Dauerkultur im Erdreich.
Um auch im Getreideanbau wieder zurück zur Natur zu finden, legen wir Versuchsfelder an, um Erfahrungen zu sammeln, ob sich eine Art »Getreidewiese« entwickelt, wenn wir auf Bodenbearbeitung weitgehend verzichten.
