Aminatta Forna wurde 1967 in Schottland geboren, wuchs in Sierra Leone und England auf und lebt heute in South East London.
Sie wird aus ihrem Roman „ The Memory of Love " lesen, für das sie den Commonwealth Writers ' Prize für das beste Buch 2011 erhalten hat.
