Der Fluss ist als ein seitlich liegender Greis mit einem an Früchten reichen Füllhorn in der linken Hand und Getreideähren in der rechten Hand dargestellt.
Das Land Ägypten wird durch die Anwesenheit der Sphinx evoziert, auf die sich die Figur stützt, und durch einige exotische Tiere.
