Der Honig, in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen und Arten, stellt ein ganz besonderes Produkt dar:Honig von Blumen, Kastanien, vom Erdbeerbaum, Erika, Eukalyptus, Rosmarin, von der Kardendistel,…ihnen allen sind der Duft der Insel und der Blüten der Mittelmeermacchia eigen.
In letzter Zeit ist zudem das Handwerksgewerbe der Parfümherstellung entstanden, welches eben diese Aromen zu Essenzen verarbeitet.
