Für das AP 1 wurden Wartungsverträge von 9 mehrgeschossigen Passivhausprojekten eingeholt, nach folgenden Kostenpositionen aufgegliedert und gegenübergestellt :
Prüfen Ventilatoren, Keilriemen, Motoren, Wärmerückgewinnung, Filter und Filtertausch, Heizregister, Regelung, Hygieneinspektion und Sonstiges.
Aufgrund dieser Gegenüberstellung konnten Aussagen über die Bandbreite der spezifischen Wartungskosten und deren Optimierungspotenzial getroffen werden.
