Bahnt sich bei nierentransplantierten Patienten eine Organabstoßung an, wird diese üblicherweise mit Kortison behandelt.
Da diese Behandlung bei einem Teil der Patienten nicht zufriedenstellend wirkt, suchen Wissenschaftler aus 13 deutschen Zentren nun in der so genannten RIACT-Studie weitere Therapieoptionen.
