1 scharfe Pfefferschote 3 Knoblauchzehen Olivenöl 1 Scheibe Weißbrot ohne Rinde 2 Mittelgroße Tomaten 2 cl Wein oder Sherryessig 50 Gramm enhäutete Mandeln Salz und Pfeffer

Die Mandeln in einer trockenen Pfanne rösten und mit den 3 Knoblauchzehen und der entkernten Pfefferschote mit einem Pürierstab zerkleinern.
Die Tomaten enthäuten ( dazu kurz in kochendes Wasser geben ) und mit dem Brot zu den Mandeln geben.

Roast the almonds in a dry pan and, together with the 3 cloves of garlic and the seeded chilly pepper, hackle everything with an immersion blender.
Skin the tomatoes ( briefly put into boiling water ) and add them together with the bread and the almonds.
