Im Falle der Säumnis verpflichtet sich der Auftraggeber, die Betreibungskosten von Inkassobüros gemäß Verordnung des Bundesministeriums für wirtschaftliche Angelegenheiten über die Gebühren der Inkassoinstitute, BGBI.
Nr. 141/1996, zu vergüten.
