Der Inhalt dieses Vertrags ist zusätzlich zum eigentlichen Text des Vertrags über die Erbringung einer Einzeldienstleistung (des betreffenden Belegs über den Kauf einer Einzeldienstleistung) weiter durch diese Bedingungen, ggf. durch Sonderbedingungen bestimmt, die dem Vertrag als untrennbarer Bestandteil beigefügt sind.
Die Unterbringung, die den Inhalt einer vom Reisebüro Čedok veranstalteten Pauschalreise darstellt, steht mit den Rechtsvorschriften des Staats in Einklang, in dem diese Dienstleistung erbracht wird.
