Latente Steueransprüche gemäß Unterabsatz 1 Buchstabe c) richten sich nicht nach der künftigen Rentabilität, wenn es wahrscheinlich ist, dass steuerpflichtige Gewinne infolge der Rückbuchung einer zu versteuernden temporären Differenz (latente Steueransprüche) verfügbar sein werden, die demselben Steuersubjekt entstehen und für die dieselbe zuständig ist.
