DENIC ist berechtigt, den Domainauftrag des Dritten abzulehnen, wenn der Dritte nicht Nutzungsberechtigter der mit der Domain korrespondierenden Rufnummer ist.
§ 7 Vertragsdauer, Verlängerung, Kündigung ( 1 ) Der Domainvertrag wird für die Dauer von einem Jahr geschlossen und endet sodann automatisch.
Bei Überleitung der Domainverwaltung auf ein anderes DENIC-Mitglied ( § 1 Absatz 3 ) beginnt die Jahresfrist neu.

§ 7 Duration of Contract, Renewal, Termination ( 1 ) The domain contract is concluded for a period of one year, after which it shall terminate automatically.
If administration of the domain is transferred to another DENIC member ( § 1 ( 3 ) ), the period of one year shall recommence.
