Ebenso hat jedes Kind ein eigenes Blatt an der Wand hängen mit 10 Feldern und dem eigenen Namen – für jede herausragende Leistung oder Benehmen bekommen die Kinder je einen „ Headteacher Award “, wenn das Blatt voll mit diesen goldenen Headteacher Award Stickern ist, dann bekommt das Kind ein tolles Geschenk oder kann mit der Direktorin „ einen trip “ machen, wie ins Kino gehen.
Sie sagt, die Kinder lieben dieses Headteacher Award sehr.
Iona erzählt, sie sind mit 35 Stunden in der Woche angestellt und kommen um 7:30 und bleiben bis 17 Uhr – sie meint in Schottland sind die Erwartungen an die Lehrerinnen sehr hoch.
