Obwohl Element Technica als Hersteller für Kamera Zubehör und Supportsysteme für RED Digital Kameras begann und heute das Portfolio alle verfügbaren RED Digital Cinema Kameras umfasst wurde das Portfolio aufgrund anhaltender Nachfrage auch auf andere Hersteller ausgeweitet.
