Eine Provox 2-Stimmprothese wurde mittels 2 Unterlagscheiben aus Silikon an der trachealen und an der ösophagealen Seite aufgezogen, der Prothesedurchmesser wurde durch einen Silikonschlauch verstärkt.
Diese modifizierte Prothese wurde retrograd, entsprechend dem Vorgehen bei Einlage der Provox 1 eingesetzt.
Der Beobachtungzeitraum betrug zwischen 6 und 24 Monate.
