„ Rules of Evidence “ umfasst drei als parallele Sequenzen konzipierte Programmschienen :
In der ersten Sequenz erscheinen am 5. Juni 2010 in der tageszeitung vier Dokumentarfotos zusammen mit Kommentaren zu ihrer Rezeption und Interpretation hinsichtlich ihres Wahrheitsgehaltes oder ihrer ethischen Verortung in den Medien.

The project involves three simultaneous sequences:
In the first sequence, documentary photographs will be published in the German daily die tageszeitung on June 5th 2010 along with short editorials on their public reception/interpretation with respect to their veracity or ethical place in the media:

Sein zweites Album „ Rules of Reflection “ steht in den Startlöchern , das im Frühjahr mit Sicherheit nahtlos an die bisherigen Erfolge anknüpfen wird .
Anfang 2014 wird Rea ebenfalls in einigen, wenigen ausgesuchten Clubs spielen, darunter auch ein Konzert in der Rockhal am 20. März 2014 und dabei neben seinem umfassenden Hit-Kanon garantiert auch Songs des neuen Albums präsentieren.
