Wie in Müllers Theaterstück dreht sich auch bei „ Schizophrenia Taiwan 2.0 “ alles um den technologischen Fortschritt, der die Welt revolutioniert, indem traditionelle narrative Strukturen aufgebrochen und die Medien zum zentralen Faktor der Wirtschaft werden.
Geboren zwischen der Ära des Farbfernsehens und jener des Smartphones, geboren in einem Land, das maßgeblichen Anteil an der weltweiten Produktion von Hightech-Geräten hat, ist den jungen MedienkünstlerInnen Taiwans sowohl das Potential als auch das Risiko von Globalisierung und Kybernetik bewusst.
