Diese zweite Informationsanforderung ist Teil des kartellrechtlichen Freigabeverfahrens gemäß dem US-amerikanischem Hart-Scott-Rodino Anti-Trust Improvements Act.
Am 28. September 2012 haben SAP und Ariba bekanntgegeben, dass die Behörde für Fairen Handel des Vereinigten Königreichs darüber informiert hat, dass sie die geplante Akquisition von Ariba durch SAP nicht an die Wettbewerbs-Kommission des Vereinigten Königreichs weiterleiten wird.
