Innerhalb Europas arbeitet das Literarische Colloquium Berlin gemeinsam mit der Robert Bosch Stiftung und der polnischen Stiftung Borderland im Projekt HALMA daran, die wichtigsten literarischen Zentren Europas in einem Netzwerk zu vereinen.
Mittlerweile gehören 26 Literaturinstitutionen aus 21 Ländern dieser Plattform für den Austausch von Schriftstellern, Übersetzern und Literaturvermittlern an.
