Die erste offizielle Celebration wurde an Weihnachten 02 in der Lagerhalle ( Davidstrasse ) durchgeführt.
Kurz darauf fanden jeden Sonntagabend in einer Tanzschule ( Lagerhalle ) Celebrations statt.
Im Sommer 03 wurde ein alter Gewerberaum in St.Georgen ins ICF-office mit Celebration-Raum umgebaut.

Von Dezember 05 bis März 09 haben die ICF Celebrations im Restaurant Mostsube im Olma-Areal stattgefunden.
Da sich die Besucherzahlen im Verlauf des Jahres 2008 verdoppelt haben, wurden ab Ende Jahr zwei Celerbations pro Sonntag angeboten.
