Das Großprojekt besteht aus sechs lokalen Zentren (sogenannte Co-Location Centres), die Kompetenzen in den jeweiligen Ländern bzw. Landesverbünden bündeln.
Die Standorte sind in London (Großbritannien/Irland), Stockholm (Schweden/Dänemark), Barcelona (Spanien), Paris (Frankreich), Heidelberg (Deutschland/Schweiz) und Rotterdam (Belgien/Niederlande).
