a ) Bruterfolg ( Gelegegrösse, Anzahl flügger Jungvögel, Gewicht, Anzahl Bruten ) b ) Ermittlung der Rückkehrraten der Alt- und Jungvögel c ) Dispersal der Jungvögel innerhalb und zwischen den Populationen
Die Erkenntnisse werden im weiteren dazu genutzt, der Öffentlichkeit fundierte Vorschläge zur Förderung der beliebten Vogelart zu geben.

a ) Breeding success ( number of breeding attempts, clutch size, number of fledglings, nestling body mass ). b ) Annual survival of adults and juveniles in terms of return rates to the local study populations. c ) Dispersal of juveniles within and between study populations.
The findings provide information on conservation measures ( in German ) applicable to barn swallow populations in Swiss farmland.
