Bis zu diesen Abgabeterminen sollten fünfseitige Projektvorschläge ( Project Outlines ) eingereicht werden.
Nur für diejenigen Projektvorschläge, die es im Sommer 2009 in die zweite Runde schaffen, kann danach ein Final Project Proposal mit der vollständigen Projektdokumentation ( Feasibilitystudy, Budget, etc. ) vorgelegt werden.
