Antonia Diegisser absolvierte zwischen 1998 und 2001 eine Ausbildung zur Physiotherapeutin in Marburg und arbeitete bis 2010 in einer Physiotherapie-Praxis mit orthopädischen, chirurgischen und sporttherapeutischen Schwerpunkten.
2007 machte sie an der Hochschule Fulda ihren Bachelor im Physiotherapie, 2009 ihren Master.
