„Gorel & The Pot-Bellied God“ – was für den British Fantasy Award für die beste Novelle nominiert ist – ist meine Interpretation der klassischen „Sword and Sorcery“ Fantasy – nur dass es in meiner Version Knarren und Zauberei sind, und ich habe soviel Sex und Gewalt rein gepackt, wie nur irgendwie ging.

Gorel & The Pot-Bellied God (which is currently nominated for a British Fantasy Award for best novella) is my take on sort of classic sword and sorcery fantasy – only my version is guns and sorcery, and there’s as much sex and violence as I could possibly cram into it.
