In einer Anlage zu dem genannten Dokument heißt es, dass die Kommission neben vielen anderen Vorschriften plant, das Potenzial für eine Vereinfachung und der Verringerung der Regulierungskosten und Belastungen in Bezug auf die Richtlinie 86/653 über Handelsvertreter zu beurteilen.

It was brought to the attention of LWG that The European Commission has produced a communication regarding Regulatory Fitness and Performance (REFIT).
In an annex to the mentioned document it is stated that, among many other regulations, the Commission plans to assess the potential for simplification and the reduction of regulatory costs and burdens with regards to Directive 86/653 on commercial agents.
