Ziel Die Rahmenbedingungen für effektive lokale Regierungen haben sich auf nationaler Ebene verbessert, Ressourcen und Leistungsfähigkeit der Institutionen auf subnationaler Ebene sind ausgebaut und die politische Partizipation in Entscheidungsprozessen hat sich verbessert.
Vorgehensweise Im Rahmen des Programms zur Unterstützung für Dezentralisierungsreformen (Support for Decentralization Reforms Program – SfDR) wird ein Mehrebenenansatz verfolgt, in dem zugleich staatliche und nichtstaatliche Akteure zur Vertiefung der Dezentralisierungsreformen beraten werden.
