5. Quotierung Die Syndikatsbanken fungieren als Market Maker und verpflichten sich, neben ihrem eigenen System auf einer elektronischen Handelsplattform und im Telefonhandel auf Anfrage Preise, auf Wunsch von Investoren Zwei-Wege-Preise, zu quotieren.
6. Veröffentlichung von Durchschnitt-Spreads Die Syndikatsbanken verpflichten sich, täglich für jeden ausstehenden Jumbo-Pfandbrief (Restlaufzeit ab 24 Monate) den Spread vs. Asset-Swap zu melden.
Die durch ein definiertes Verfahren für jeden Jumbo-Pfandbrief errechneten Durchschnitt-Spreads werden auf der vdp-Internetseite veröffentlicht.
