Aufgrund der extremen Höhenlage musste die gesamte Baustelleneinrichtung und die Zulieferung sämtlicher Materialien und Baustoffe per Hubschrauber erfolgen.
Insgesamt wurden bei dieser Baumaßnahme ca. 150 t Material geflogen, wobei die schwer beladenen Hubschrauber bis auf eine Höhe von 3.454 m fliegen mussten.
