Sie müssen 98 Punkte nach dem Standard erhalten.

Ein durch die Vorstandschaft erteiltes Patronat kann mit Zustimmung der Generalversammlung in der Form bestätigt werden, daß der beantragende Klub bei Vorlage aller erforderlicher Unterlagen und Erreichung der Mindestanforderungen ohne gesonderte Zustimmung sofort zum Vollmitglied wird.

A patronage, granted by the board, may be confirmed by agreement of the general assembly in that way that the applicant club may become immediately a full member without a special agreement, if the requested documents are presented and the minimum number of members has been reached.
