www.telekom.comAmberg, 05. Juni 2013 – Auf der heutigen ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der Grammer AG wurde die Ausschüttung einer Dividende von 0,50 Euro je Aktie für das vergangene Geschäftsjahr beschlossen.
Damit steigt die Gewinnbeteiligung deutlich überproportional zum Anstieg des Jahresüberschusses und ist ein weiterer Schritt, um Grammer als attraktives Dividendenpapier im Kapitalmarkt zu positionieren.
Für die insgesamt 11.214.624 dividendenberechtigten Aktien schüttet das Unternehmen rund 5,6 Millionen Euro aus; das sind rund 37 Prozent des Bilanzgewinns der Grammer AG.
www.grammer.comAmberg, June 05, 2013 – At the Grammer AG ordinary Annual General Meeting today, shareholders voted in favor of a dividend of EUR 0.50 per share for the 2012 fiscal year.
The increase of the profit distribution is substantially higher than the increase of net profit and therefore represents another positive step to position Grammer as an attractive dividend paying stock within the equity market.
For the 11,214,624 total shares according dividend rights, the company will distribute roughly EUR 5.6 million, or 37 percent of Grammer AG’s retained earnings.

„Die Wiedereinsetzung der Dividende ist ein wichtiger Schritt, Grammer wieder als attraktives Dividendenpapier am Kapitalmarkt positionieren zu können und zeigt den Erfolg unserer Arbeit“ betonte Hartmut Müller, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Grammer AG, in seiner Rede.
Auf der Hauptversammlung der Grammer AG waren mehr als 44 Prozent des stimmberechtigten Grundkapitals vertreten.
