Umgekehrt bietet die Kooperation mit der Neurolinguistik diesem linguistischen Sonderforschungsbereich die Möglichkeit, auch die Beziehung zwischen mentalen Repräsentationen und ihrer neuronalen Implementierung im Gehirn zu untersuchen.

In Vietnam existieren bereits gesetzliche Regelungen wie die Grassroots Democracy Ordinance (GDO), um partizipative Entwicklungsprozesse unter Einbeziehung der lokalen Bevölkerung zu ermöglichen, jedoch ist die Umsetzung nicht flächendeckend.
