Das Gebäude befindet sich im Besitz der Fontanestadt Neuruppin und wird von den Nutzern weitgehend selbst verwaltet.
Die einzelnen Trägervereine bleiben unabhängig, besitzen einzelne Nutzungsverträge und zahlen jeweils Bewirtschaftungskosten und eine Instandhaltungsrücklage.
Der Internationale Bund e.V. übernimmt dabei die Funktion eines Hausmeisters.
