In der ersten Förderperiode wurde vor allem der Ertrag des Neo-Institutionalismus geprüft, in der zweiten Förderperiode wird der theoretische Ansatz um prozessorientierte Ansätze des organizing, der Strukturationstheorie und der CCO-Perspektive ergänzt.
Das Untersuchungsdesign verbindet zwei Arbeitspakete.

In the first funding period the value of the neo-institutionalism for analysis was examined.In the second funding period the theoretical approach will be complemented by process-oriented approaches of organizing, the theory of structuration and the CCO-approach.
Methodologically, the project combines two work packages.
