Das Projekt „ Selbstorganisation und Spontaneität in liberalisierten und harmonisierten Märkten “ baut auf der These auf, dass das Internet selbstorganisierende Netze und spontane Aktivitäten von Marktteilnehmern fördert und damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Liberalisierung und Globalisierung und mithin zur Harmonisierung leisten kann.
Das Vorhaben greift dazu zwei eng miteinander verflochtene Themenfelder der Internetökonomie auf:
Einerseits müssen die Technologien vorangetrieben werden, um transparente, rechtsgebietsüberschreitende, robuste und sichere Informations- und Transaktionsdienste zu ermöglichen.
