Die Bibliothek läuft quasi als Juniorfirma, denn Auszubildende übernehmen den Betrieb.
Ein kompletter Jahrgang der jungen Leute, die sich in den Bücherhallen zu Fachangestellten für Medien- und Informationsdienste ausbilden lassen, verbringen zwölf Monate in der Hoeb4U.
