Aus der Bedeutung des Rundfunks für sowjetische Kampagnen ergeben sich eigene Fragestellungen, z.B. Rundfunk und Kollektivierung.
Im regionalen Kontext ist die Rezeption des Mediums unter den Bedingungen des sowjetischen Modernitätskultes zu berücksichtigen, der schon deutlich vor 1930 einsetzte.
