This enhancement is particularly essential in the context of the new simulation language COSY, for which GASP-VI is the run time system.
However, even independently of COSY, a process interaction mechanism is very useful, as it supports a much more modular programming style, and by these means, helps the user in formulating his models and in coding them in an error free manner.
