Nationale Umsetzung
Die nationale Umsetzung wurde durch eine Änderung des Kreditwesensgesetzes , der Großkredit- und Millionenkreditverordnung sowie durch die Solvabilitätsverordnung ( SolvV ) , die den Grundsatz I ablöste , vollzogen .
Die neuen Regeln sind seit 01.01.2007 in Kraft.

National implementation (in DE) is achieved by modifications to the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz, KWG), to the Large Exposure Regulation (Großkredit- und Millionenkreditverordnung, GroMiKV) as well as through the Solvency Regulation (Solvatilitätsverordnung, SolvV), which replaced Principle I KWG.
The new rules entered into force on January 1, 2007.
