Das Ende Oktober 2009 in Kraft getretene Gesetz zur Umsetzung des zivilrechtlichen Teils der EU-Zahlungsdiensterichtlinie haben wir entsprechend der gesetzlichen Vorgaben bis zur Jahresmitte 2010 umgesetzt.
Das Gesetz enthält auch Regelungen zur Umsetzung der EU-Verbraucherkreditrichtlinie in deutsches Recht und zur Neu- ordnung der Vorschriften über das Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht.
Entsprechend den Vorgaben des Gesetzes zur Reform des Konto- pfändungsschutzes bieten wir seit Anfang Juli 2010 ein Pfändungs- schutzkonto (P-Konto) an.
