Die Forschungsförderung umfasst Antragsforschung für Bauforschung nach § 43 Wohnraumförderungsgesetz und Antragsforschung im Rahmen der Forschungsinitiative Zukunft Bau.

Research funding comprises application research for construction research pursuant to Art.43 of the German Housing Promotion Act and application research within the framework of the Research Initiative on the Future of Construction.
www.foerderinfo.bund.deDer Vermieter ist verpflichtet, der Agentur ausschließlich Wohnräume anzubieten, die nicht öffentlich geförderte Wohnungen oder sonstige preisgebundene Wohnungen sind, die nach dem 20. Juni 1948 bezugsfertig geworden sind oder bezugsfertig werden.
Ebenso darf der Vermieter der Agentur auch keine Wohnungen anbieten, die nach den § § 88d und 88e des Zweiten Wohnungsbaugesetzes oder nach dem Wohnraumförderungsgesetz gefördert worden sind, solange das Belegungsrecht besteht.
Dies gilt auch für einzelne Räume solcher Wohnungen.

Furthermore the lessor is permitted to offer flats, which are subsidized pursuant § § 88d and 88e of the German Second Housing Act ( Zweites Wohnungsbaugesetz ) or pursuant to the German Act regarding the social subsidization of housing space ( Wohnraumförderungsgesetz ), as long as the social commitment is valid.
This prohibition includes also the subletting of single rooms of such subsidized flats.
