SEPA-Zahlungsinstrumente
Die SEPA-Zahlungsinstrumente entsprechen in ihrer Funktionsweise den bisher bekannten Verfahren einer Überweisung und Lastschrift und haben die nationalen Verfahren mit 1. August 2014 vollständig abgelöst.
Gemäß der Verordnungen (EU) Nr. 260/2012 und (EU) Nr.248/2014 müssen für SEPA-Überweisungen bzw. SEPA-Lastschriften seit 1. August 2014 folgende Anforderungen erfüllt sein:

Under Regulation (EU) No 260/2012 and Regulation (EU) 248/2014 payment service providers (PSPs) must fulfill the following prerequisites for SEPA credit transfers and SEPA direct debits from August 1, 2014:
