Die Mitgliedsstaaten der Zentralafrikanischen Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion ( CEMAC ) , darunter die Zentralafrikanische Republik , Gabun , Kamerun , Tschad , Äquatorialguinea und die DR Kongo , gehören zu den ressourcenreichsten Ländern Afrikas .
Bisher haben sie daraus jedoch kaum nennenswerte Entwicklungsimpulse beziehen können.
