Nach abgeschlossener Promotion ist ein weiterer befristeter Arbeitsvertrag für die Dauer von bis zu sechs Jahren erlaubt .
Betrug die befristete Beschäftigung vor der Promotion weniger als die maximal zulässigen sechs Jahre, so verlängert sich die Befristungsdauer nach der Promotion entsprechend um die nicht ausgeschöpfte Zeit, so dass die Befristungsdauer für Verträge vor und nach der Promotion insgesamt zwölf Jahre beträgt.
