Brüssel und Luxemburg schweigen nicht
Der Europäische Gerichtshof hat Italien im Jahr 2010 wegen fortdauernder Verstöße gegen europäisches Gemeinschaftsrecht ( Jagd auf geschützte Arten , Vogelfang mit Netzen ) verurteilt .
Weil dieser Richterspruch in Rom wie auch in den norditalienischen Regionen und Provinzen ganz offensichtlich nichts bewirkt hat, hat die EU-Kommission am 24.11.2011 eine weitere Klage gegen Italien in Luxemburg eingereicht.

In 2010 the European Court of Justice condemned Italy for continued offences against European Common Law ( hunting of protected bird species, bird trapping with nets ).
As the court ’ s judgement was clearly ignored by both the national government in Rome and the local authorities in the North Italian regions and provinces, the European Commission filed a further complaint against Italy in Luxembourg on 24.11.2011.
