§ 11 Vermögensanfall
Im Falle der Auflösung der Stiftung oder des Wegfalls der steuerbegünstigten Zwecke fällt das Vermögen in das Körperschaftsvermögen der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg mit der Auflage , es unmittelbar und ausschließlich für selbstlos gemeinnützige , steuerbegünstigte Zwecke einzusetzen .

In case of dissolving the foundation, its property shall become part of Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg’s corporate property, under the condition that it shall only be used directly and exclusively for uninterested and nonprofit making purposes coming as close as possible to the foundation’s purpose.
