Der Gesamtbetriebsrat ( GBR ) ist ein Gremium , dessen Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten im Betriebsverfassungsgesetz ( BetrVG ) rechtlich verankert sind .
Der GBR besteht aus den von den Betriebsräten der Institute und Einrichtungen gewählten Delegierten.
