Bei Weiterverarbeitung oder Verbindung mit anderen Waren erwerben wir einen Miteigentumsanteil in Höhe unseres Warenwertes.Ist der Besteller Wiederverkäufer, darf er die Vorbehaltsware durch Umsatzgeschäfte veräußern.
Anderweitige Verfü- gungen sind ihm untersagt.
